As a volunteer at the Muddy Run Powwow, I’ve seen firsthand how much work goes into creating an event that is both educational and fun for the entire community. The festival’s team works tirelessly to make it all come together, and the impact it has is immeasurable. Seeing the joy on attendees’ faces as they watch the dancers and hear the stories told through song and drum is a reminder of why this work matters. Volunteering at the powwow has been such a rewarding experience, and I feel proud to be able to contribute in any way I can. The festival wouldn't be possible without the generous support of donors, and it’s inspiring to see so many people come together to keep Native American culture thriving
