Please Consider Volunteering !
Because of all the hard work that goes into both of our Powwows. With this in mind, we would like to graciously ask you to volunteer some of your time. With the following:
Help us set up and also tear down. help our vendors to unload and to load. Clean the tables and do many other jobs.
If you can. Please help. you can contact, Arvil at 717-817-6421. With this in Mind, it just takes just a few small things that can help those that spend a good amount of their time and day volunteering. to be able to enjoy some of the Powwows too. We would like to thank each and everyone of you in advance.

Opportunities:
~Setting up tables and chairs
~Helping vendors to their spots/unloading carts
~Helping set up the MMIW Grove
~Assisting at the Gate
~Serving dinner after the event
~Cleaning up at the end of the event
Muddy Run Pow Wow
Steam-O-Rama grounds, Windsor, PA
Opportunities:
~Loading and unload the truck of supplies
~Getting vendors to their respective spots
~Assisting in the kitchen for meals for the staff,
vendors, dancers, and volunteers
~Help serving meals and delivering dinner to
our vendors on Saturday night
~Cleaning up the grounds and trash daily
~Assisting at the Gate
~Parking attendants
~Help setting up and tearing down after the event.
