To help with the hard work that goes into organizing our Powwows, we kindly ask for your volunteer support. Your time can make a significant difference in the success of our events. We need help with tasks such as setting up, tearing down, assisting vendors with loading and unloading, cleaning tables, and more.

Volunteer Opportunities for Lawilowan American Indian Festival and Muddy Run Powwow
Lawilowan American Indian Festival
Location: York College of Pennsylvania, Grumbacher Sport and Fitness Center, 899 S Richland Ave, York, PA 17403. March 8th and 9th 2025
Volunteer Roles:
- Setting up tables and chairs
- Assisting vendors with unloading and setup
- Supporting any operations that are needed
- Cleaning up post-event
Muddy Run Powwow
Location: Steam-O-Rama Grounds, 1673 Manor Road, Windsor, PA 17366. September 2025
Volunteer Roles:
- Loading and unloading supplies
- Helping vendors set up their spots
- Assisting the staff, vendors, dancers, and volunteers
- Serving meals and delivering dinner to vendors on Saturday night
- Daily cleanup of grounds and trash
- Supporting any operations that are needed
- Setting up and tearing down after the event
