Muddy Run Vendor–Pre-Approval Application

Muddy Run Pow-wow is held in September 18 & 19th, 2021

 Vendor must fill in all required items, and choose a set up fee to be considered for participation.

    Rules & Regulations

    The Rules & Regulations are set to insure the safety and enjoyment of all participating members of the Powwow. Vendors who fail to comply with any of the following rules will lose their vending privileges and their fees.

    1. Vendor acknowledgement of Indian Arts & Crafts Act of 1990.
    LAIF Inc. does not verify the authenticity of any goods sold at their events as being genuinely Indian made products. Vendors are solely responsible for marketing their products properly regarding whether the items they sell are advertised as Genuine Indian made products or simply made in an Indian style. LAIF, Inc cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation on behalf of the vendors. Please visit to insure your compliance with the Indian Arts & Crafts Act of 1990.

    2. The selling of endangered animals or parts or anything that may be viewed as sacrilegious in nature to any Native American Tribe is completely prohibited.

    3. NO REFUNDS!!! The event is held RAIN or SHINE!!

    4. Vendor is required to donate one item for the Powwow raffle.

    5. The Powwow committee reserves the right to prohibit vendors from selling or displaying any items which are disturbing to the attending community at the Powwow.

    6. REMINDER!! This is a drug and alcohol free event! Also no harassment of Powwow staff!
    If such is to happen, we will have to ask you to leave immediately!

    7. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area. If you're found to not have cleaned up, the committee has the right to refuse future spots.

    Release of Liability/Hold Harmless Agreement

    As an authorized representative of the above organization, I agree to abide by the terms of this vendor participation agreement, event rules, and to operate in a safe and prudent manner, while at the event. Further, I agree to obey all applicable laws and security directives. I understand vendor space is on a first come first serve basis. I understand tables, chairs or tents are not provided to vendors.
    Further, I understand for food safety reasons, there is absolutely no combination of merchandise and food vendor spaces.
    Lawilowan AIF will not be responsible for any theft, loss, or vandalism to my equipment/merchandise at the event.

    I hereby agree to abide by the guidelines and rules set forth by the event coordinators. I, the undersigned, agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend Lawilowan AIF, its officials, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, defense costs, liability, or consequential damages of any kind or nature arising of or in connection with my participation in activities at the Lawilowan Aif or Muddy Run Powwow. I have read this form, and fully understand that by signing this form, I am giving up legal rights and or remedies, which may be available to me.
